CANCELLATION POLICY
We kindly ask that any cancellations or appointment changes be made at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. Appointments cancelled with less than 72 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments, will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee. This policy applies even if the appointment was scheduled within the 72-hour window or cancelled on the same day the appointment is made.
